As a fourth-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based practice along with a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
My therapeutic work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens through a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and goals at their own pace.
Drawing from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and mindfulness-based approaches, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I'm here to help you build insight, resilience, and connection in your life.
