Rachel Stritt, LMLP

I am a licensed psychotherapist at Miles Psychology Group, with nearly four years of experience in the Kansas City area supporting individuals through life’s complexities. My path into therapy was inspired by a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel truly seen and heard. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is creating a space where clients can feel validated, not questioned or dismissed. When you leave a session with me, my hope is that you feel more grounded, understood, and empowered.

I work with clients ages 11 and up, including teens and adults. My clinical experience centers around working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and executive dysfunction. Neurodivergent clients are very welcome in my office—I have a particular passion for working with those who identify with ADHD, anxiety, or are on the autism spectrum (ASD). If you’re looking to better understand your brain and build a lifestyle that works with you, not against you, I’d be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy is organic and client-led. We start with what’s showing up for you right now, and over time, begin to explore deeper patterns and connections. A central focus of my work is helping clients build emotional intelligence—learning how to identify, understand, and sit with your emotions, even when they feel overwhelming or uncomfortable. Therapy with me is not about rushing into the deep end—we move at your pace, with empathy and curiosity guiding the way.
